Group policy for flash screensaver

using user configuration from the OU group policy, i configure a screen saver to run for the users
i notice that if the user is not an admin on his PC the screen saver will not run, the screen just go blank and ... that is it, nothing show.

i already installed flash player on all Pcs

kindly help cos i am going crazy

File permissions for the screen saver don't inclued the users.

Almost no one ever should be logged in as admin. Even admins ought to use runas.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.
