hi wish_moonlight,

please specify, are you in a group called administrators? or you actually are logged in with a username administrator which is a domain built-in account for domain control?

in first case everything is normal, since system will not let you modify domain setting unless you are logged in with built-in domain controller account (administrator that is).

check the type of your account and let me know.

You should confirm Administrator is a part of the domain admins group. It may have been removed.
