Hello.
I need to create a group policy to deny external media on a 2k3 server.
A step by step guide would be cool, but any info is appriciated.
I'm actually quite new to this server stuff and would appriciate any help guidance and rep points will be given for good information.

I do not know of a GPO setting to deny external media. You can restrict floppy/CD ROM devices access to local users... To deny USB storage devices, it's a little different. The article can be found here:
