I am trying to apply a specific background to an OU
containing computers, not users. I understand how to assign,
and lock, background images to OU's with user's in them,
through the User Configuration > Administrative Template
policies. However, I can't find any way of assigning a
specific background to a group of machines that are being
RDP'd into from anonymous users on the domain, and
disallowing those anonymous users from changing the set
background. Anyone have any input?

May I ask why you are allowing anonymous users to use RDP ?

Sure. There are about 5 users who will be
accessing this machine, however these users
are random, and are from an OU of users that
has about 120 people in it. If it were up to
me, I would seperate out the specific users
once they are chosen into a new OU, however
that is not my decision to make :( There are
a lot of things I would change in our AD,
actually, however they're not up to me, and
the original question is the scenario I'm
left with.

That makes sense. It's too bad you don't have the power to change the things that are needed.

I don't have the answer but maybe a registry tweak might work.
