Hi,
I run server 2003 as a domain contriller with strict gpo settings.
I am trying to use a custom theme i have dwnlaoded fromhttp://www.skinbase.org/section.php?sections=msstyles
It comes in teh form that luna is by default, with a .theme file and a .msstyles fiel and some other files.
I have made a share on the server and set it in gpo settings, if i copy the luna theme to there and use it it works fine, but when trying to use any other theme it just goes to windows classic

Question: Why bother?
Do cute themes make the PC's run better? Do they improve network or server performance? Do they make the software on your network run better? Do they make the environment more secure?
A work environment doesn't require any fancy junk to get the job done. You're wasting valuable time playing. If I were your boss....you'd be getting your one and only warning right about now.
Bells and whistles are fine at home but of absolutely no value at work.....especially when those same bells and whistles suck up valuable company resources (like the admin's time) to no end.

Ahhh.....I had a feeling that might be the case because in all truth....no admin would waste time on such frivolty.
I'm afraid I can't help you as I've never been interested in trying such a thing. Perhaps someone else has played around at home and can help you.

If I owned my own business, I'd put a complete Trogdor theme on all my desktops. :-)
