Thank You tonysathre, I'm just wondering if I will be able to choose which drives are allowed to be seen by clients-using Administrative Templates? or I've to use more complicated method?

Yes you can. In the GPO setting, there is an option to show/hide specified drives in My Computer. Just pick the ones you want to give them access to.
There is also a GPO that restricts access, you may want to use both for better security. If you only hide the drive from My Computer, it can still be accessed, it just doesn't show up in My Computer.
