We have two servers here, each running exchange for separate parts of the company. Is there any way to get a unified Global Address List, but with each server represented as a subfolder? So, when anyone opens up their Outlook address book, they are presented with two folders - one for "Server1" and one for "Server2" based accounts?

No. You can however create Custom Address Lists to do this instead.

Thanks, all set up now. A follow-up question: how do I change the default address list remotely? I know I can change it on each account in Outlook, but I'm hoping there's an Active Directory way of doing it.

Thanks again.
