Hi all!
We have one AD-domain with a number of sites on different subnets.
Our users somtimes move between offices located on different subnets/sites.
They need to map shares on the local fileserver on the specific site they are on at the moment.

Is there a way to get the subnet they are logging on to by (VBS-)scripting?

Thanks in advance.

What do you mean precisely?
Do you want to get the IP configuration of the users when they are logged in on a specific site?
Or do you want to provide the users with a pre reserved IP address?
If it is the last option you can reserve IP addresses based on the MAC addresses of the specific clients. (assuming each site has his one DHCP controller)
