Are you using IE7? Can't FTP with IE7, have to use Windows Explorer instead. A young boy puts a feather into his mouth...

I figured out that I needed to reinstall IIS. Apparently someone was tampering with the settings and was causing a redirection. Thank you for your replies... here's the other part of the question: How can I sign in to my FTP from an outside network? Sincerely, Devin Columbus

You'd have to have your gateway/router forward FTP requests to your FTP server.
