FTP access problem thrue win2003

We changed our domain and gateway server from WIN 2000 to WIN 2003. Since than i can not access any ftp site (too long loading, sometimes finished by bland directory, sometimes looks timeouted) by mozilla or lynx. I use linux, but same problem is on W98 and WXP with mozilla 1.6 and 1.7 or lynx. Sites are normaly accesible by internet explorer. Plz. if you have any idea, help.... Thanks...
