I login as an administrator on a w2k3 server and I have shared a folder. This folder is seen on my other computer on the network so the network settings are correct. In this folder are about 30 other folder that contain some important data files. The problem I am having is that I only have access to folders 20 - 30 on the server. I checked on my other (non-server) computer and I have access to folders 10 - 30. All of the folders have the same permissions. When I click on one of the folders that I can't access it says "... is not accessible. Access is denied."
Additionally, folder 20 on the server says it is empty with 0 files and no size. When I check on the other computer folder 20 contains over 5gb of files and some subfolders. Any ideas?

are you using exactly the same account when logging in on the nondomain vs domain pc?
"All of the folders have the same permissions"
What are those permissions? everyone full control?

I am using a different accounts on the different computers, and everyone has control. I'm pretty sure it is not a permissions issue since I can see all of the folders over the network, and have access to some, even more than on the server. I have a feeling there is something wrong on the server end.

seriously doubt the problem is at the server. Most likely its users permissions either at the file level, share level or user account level.
This is why I asked about the logon account. If you are using different accounts your tests are invalid.
Is there a domain account that can see all folders? Or is it only the nondomain account that can?
