Is there a way to export user and group accounts from Windows NT4 and be able to import them into 2K3 Server - like export them into a comma delimited?

TIA..

I could use Active Directory Migration Tool v3.0 to import the user and groups accounts - should make my life easier?!

Careful...
I recently had our NT4 Server migrated to 2003.

The guys who carried out the migration must have done something wrong as the network slowed down to a crawl....and is still crawling
