I want to change explorer's background color (not the desktop), but what I do not want is to change the window color of all the other programs that read their setting from the display properties. Is there a program that allows this?
I also remember being able to use backgrounds in xp folders by "importing" an old w2k folder with a background on it. The problem now is I no longer have w2k and would like to know how to do this manually.
