Exchange Store Size Alert

Is there a simple way to set an exchange email alert when the Exchange Store get to be a certain size?

If you followed best practices for Exchange, this is relatively easy.

Your db should be on its own drive. You could have an alert set with perfmon to send you an alert when the available space on that logical drive goes below a certain point.
