Hello all,
I am in serious need of help. I have just installed a fresh copy of MS Exhange on to a Dell Poweredge 2970 Server. My issue is, when the server is booting up AFTER I've installed Exchange, it hangs at "applying settings". I've shut it down and ran a diagnostics, which came back fine. Is there something else I can do to resolve this issue, or is there something I should've done PRE-install? ANY help would be appreciated. THANKS!!!!

It may be caused by another service that takes a long time to start hogging all the resources while Exchange tries to start. I had a similar problem when I had Virtual Server start a virtual machine on startup and The Kerberos Key Distribution Center Service would hang on startup.
