Couldn't find an Exchange forum so I'll pop this here! Three members of our senior management have Blackberry's. I set up contacts for each of their Blackberry emails and set the emails to forward when received. When an internal email is sent, it copies to the Blackberry fine. When an internal email is received it doesn't copy it, just sends it to the exchange account.

How are you setting up forwarding?
