Does anyone know how to add email addresses on GAL in exchange 2003? Or do I have to create user accounts in AD with an email address to show up in GAL ?

Thanks much

Yup, you have to create a user in AD with an email addy for it to show up in the GAL.

Hi,
You don't have to create a user account. In AD you can create a 'contact' and create a e-mail account for that contact (internal or external).
Don't create user accounts if don't have to.

I created a 'contact' on AD with an external email address. But the email address didn't show up. Any other ideas ?

Thanks
