Does anyone know how to add email addresses on GAL in exchange 2003? Or do I have to create user accounts in AD with an email address to show up in GAL ?

Yup, you have to create a user in AD with an email addy for it to show up in the GAL.

Hi, You don't have to create a user account. In AD you can create a 'contact' and create a e-mail account for that contact (internal or external). Don't create user accounts if don't have to.
