Hello,
I recently moved from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 the update process went well except one issue i am getting when i create a new user in Active directory it doesnt update itself in the Global Address List i can see those users in All users.
I am also getting the same issue with my new distribution list that i create they don't appear in global address list they appear in all group only.
I did do an update now on the recipient update server a few time and it didn't help. I even found a procedure from microsoft website: http://support.microsoft.com/defaul... which don't fix my issue neither.

I could also add this information if i remove the option use cached exchange mode my global address list show the new users and distribution list.
But i want to be able to work with cached exchange mode enabled. I just found out that it was a problem with this option causing the issue.

Just to mention also that the new user doesn't show up in the GAL even after a few days it as something to do with cached mode but i don't want to disable this option since it improve performance.
If anyone have an idea on how to fix this i would appreciate.
