Where do i get it? IS it free like the previus versions?

There are many 3rd party shareware ones and they are not expensive. I use Popcon.

POP3 is include to Exchange 2003, you just have to enable and to start the service "Microsoft Exchange POP3" in Service Manager.

Nono...

I mean the Microsoft POP3 connector.
Uses by exchange to download mail from POP3-mailboxes.
