Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to contact the active directory (0x8007054b). The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
Enrollment will not be performed.2. Error - Userenv
Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network. (The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
2-a. Warning - Userenv
Windows saved user PARAMUS\user registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.
This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.

3. Warning - DnsApi
The system failed to register host (A) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:Adapter Name : {16C71567-2D5F-40A4-A321-4EB5429EC9A6}
Host Name : ws-1
Primary Domain Suffix : paramus
DNS server list :
192.168.1.100
Sent update to server : <?>
IP Address(es) :
192.168.1.102The reason the system could not register these RRs was because the DNS server contacted refused the update request. The reasons for this might be (a) you are not allowed to update the specified DNS domain name, or (b) because the DNS server authoritative for this name does not support the DNS dynamic update protocol.
To register the DNS host (A) resource records using the specific DNS domain name and IP addresses for this adapter, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator.
4. Error - NETLOGON
No Domain Controller is available for domain PARAMUS due to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request. .
Make sure that the computer is connected to the network and try again. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.2003 Server Appication Log
1. Error - Userenv
Windows Cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.
DETAIL- Access is denied, Build Number ((2195))Jim Cho

Well you listd a bunch of errors but no ID's of the errors (found in the log) or which machines (servers or workstations) had the errors. FOr future reference you can search the event ID for each error on Microsoft's support site for a description.
My first guess is you are using DHCP for all hosts including the server. Sounds like maybe the server obtained a different address from DHCP and so the workstations can't find it from the old address. This will also cause problems on the server side as well. Servers should always have an explicitly assigned address or atleast a reservered address from the DHCP. Its IP address should never change. If this is not the issue please post more details of the erors and on which machines they roiginated. Also the IPCONFIG of the server and atleast one wokstation.
