we are using an application named "smsc relay" to transfer sms messages from remote server to us, but unfortunately don't know what happen an INVALID PICTURE error is coming and stopping the service running behind.

basically it is SMSC relay application, Transiver in nature. use to send and receive the sms messages on both side, but on my side i am receiving the INVALID PICTURE error on windows system which is stopping the messages to forward the messages to other destinations .
