Error in IIS

I want to publish a site off our intranet,its internall address is http://companyweb/demo/site. I have configured ISA and IIS but when i enter the external intranet address i get the follow error
HTTP Error 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected.
Doing a bit of research on this error i went into directory security of the company web in IIS and it is set to grant all
