OS: win 2000 server
CPU/Ram: PIV/512

Hi Guys,

When i m trying to restart/start any service in my win 2003 OS i recieve an error 1053.Its happening to all the services.
Whats the reason behind that and how to resolve it?

Hi ,

Microst says that it is the problem with .net framework but it isnt installed on the machine.
