Is there anyway that can enable ( Remote Desktop Connection )to all computers within the domain??
i.e(im logged on DC, and i want to enable remote desktop to a couple computers and the computers are members of the domain, is there a GPO that can enable it once the system restarted or user logged on to the computer, or i should go to each computer and enable it )

There's a registry key that can be set to enable Remote Desktop connection. You could create a .reg file and send that out via a script. Would that work for you? If so, I can give you the Reg Key value that needs to be changed.

HKLM\System\Current Control set\Control\Terminal Server\fDenyTSConnection
Change the value from 1 to 0.
Then, connect via Computer Management and add appropriate users to the Remote Desktop Users Group.
Then go into Services on that same Computer Management window and set the "Terminal Services" Service to Automatic.

Don't forget also to distribute exceptions for the Windows Firewall if that is on, too.
