Hey there,
We are a small company and when we first opened, we used Network Solutions to set up aliases so our e-mails would come to ourname@ourcompany.com.
Now we have our own Exchange Server and for the most part we get our own e-mail, but one clients e-mails still goes to the old Network Solutions alias.
Does anyone know what would cause this problem and how I can fix it?

is nw solutions still running a server (if so why since you have a new server)? if so, either have them setup forwarding or have them remove that user and make sure te correct email address for this user (the exact on people are sending to) is in his exchange profile)
