Hi All;

I am not if this is the right place i am writing my question.

I have a problem with one of my colleague email. She received an email from a company that we always deal with them. However, when she tried to reply to that email "Which is an active email address" she get a bounce back. I edited the emails with "Email-address" for security reason.

The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.

Now the funny part is that i tried to send a test email from my email address & it worked. Didn't get any bounce back.

It says something about Signature. I asked her to send it without her signature & she did & got the same error.
BTW, me & her using the same exchange account so we are not from different exchange server.

Any Ideas?

the problem seems to be in your partner mailing system, they may add your exchange server as a spam machine, try to contact their exchange server administrator and check if you are in the blacklist. Other reason that may couse the problem is if you are in some of the spammers database in internet check for your domain there as well
Good Luck

"The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason."

Could be a lot of things since this clearly states there's no reason provided as to why, but their message system did this, not yours, so it's very unlikely you can do anything about it.

Other possible reasons:

A. That email address truly isn't valid.
B. There's a problem with message routing in their system.
