Quick question.....if an email address is created using the eight character user ID on a domain instead of fn.ln@suchandsuch.com, can that easily be edited to a fn.ln account? On Exchange 2007 the Utility is Exchange Mgmt Console. Thanks for any input.

Are you saying for example username is bsmith so email is bsmith@domain.com, and you want it to be fn.ln@domain.com?

Nothing is as simple as we hope it will be.
