This should seem simple but i am having a problem with it. I have 2 comps hooked together. One with 2003 web server and the other xp pro. Both are part of the same workgroup. I can see the work group from each computer. The 2003 computer can access the xp pro machine. But the xp pro machine can't access the 2003 machine. It asks for a pass word. I have NEVER put a password in. Its a clean install. Any ideas on what that password maybe? Is there a default password?

if its asking both for a username and password, check to see if the guest account on the 2k3 machine is active. If it is, you should be able to type in those credentials...I get the same problem randomly with my machine :\

The first response was correct. You infact DO NEED A password set up on the adminitstor account. Once i set one i was in and everything works perfect. Thank you!
