Currently when I am using the voice chat in Yahoo Messenger, I met this problem: "your computer does not support the required audio compression format". I did some searches and found this solution: http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/chat/cjava/cvoice/cvoice-18.html The problem is that in Windows Server 2003 (and winXP as well) there is no Multimedia in the Control Panel. I tried to follow the DSP Group TrueSpeech(TM) Audio CODEC, but I did not find it or know how to install it. Could anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.

Hi I had the same problem and just figured it out. If you've ever used the ace mega codec pack it uses this codec and if you uninstall it then it gets removed. To fix it just download the ace mega codec pack, run the install, select only the dsp truespeech codec (uncheck everything else) and install it to c:winnt/i386 folder might be different for your system but install to your i386 folder and then reboot and all should be good.
