Hi everyone...can anyone help me that can I actually force services to start on client computers?...from the domain security policy.

yes u can do it.

Create a new OU and assign a new GPO to it.
Edit the GPO and Expand the User Configuration zone.

Over here u can enforce numerous policies related s/w deployment scripts, services blocking and enabling windows components and a lot more.

It will be more helpful if u can tell us what all services u want to enforce on the users.
