domain password policy

I have a domain controler set up and I need to disable the password complexity requirement. I have changed this in several places but it continues to enforce this policy. I have changed it in the domain security snapin and the domain controller snapin and the default domain policy. HELP!!!!

Change it in the Default Domain Policy Group Policy at the domain level. It is set there for the entire domain. Also check any other policies you may have created where it might be picking that up. But if you didn't enable it somewhere else, the default location is where I described.
