Domain Not available when my AD users try to log in. What i am having to do is log in as the local admin remove them from the Domain and then re-add them ,once i do this they are able to log in with no issues. I thougth at first maybe it was a computer naming issue but that isnt the case. Any Ideas?

Sounds like the computer accounts got corrupt in AD. Or, somehow they are being deleted. How often is this happening, and does it happen for any computers more than once?

I wasn't quite clear if is was the machine or user account that was being deleted/recreated.
Are these cloned systems? Same SIDs will cause this behaviour concerning machine accounts.

i think this is the case as well but how do i stop it, what could be cuasing it? can you think of a quicker fix?
