hey i need a favour from all of you. im working in an organization and i have already a domain controller in it but now i want to create another domain controller as a another domain controller in existing domain controller . so any one can tell me from where i can read about this or anyone please tell me about that . because i have already done this but i got some problem in replication so kindly tell me from where i can read about this

Just to be clear you want to bring up another domain controller in your existing domain? That is simple. Just run dcpromo and promote the server to a DC.
What particularly is wrong with your replication?
Is the new DC in DNS?

you are not getting my point i want to create a new domain controller in a existing tree ... and i know i can make it through DCPROMO command :| ... the issue is after making another domain controller i cant replicate both servers with each other..
.
.
may be there's a problem with dns configuration while replication. im now sure about that but want to know about the configuration of this settings from start to end.any site link from where i can read about all that .....

I think perhaps you are confused concerning terms.
You create domains in a forest. You don't creat domain controllers within domain controllers.
I suspect you mean Child Domain.
Google child domain for all the info you need.
BTW most companies don't need child domains. Make sure you are not confusing child domain concepts with creating organizational units within AD.
If you are not asking about child domains then perhaps you installed your 2nd dc in its own forest [same name] instead of choosing the option of joining an existing forest. Replication could not exist in this setup.
note: unless I am misunderstanding by what you mean by replicate. I assume regular server to server replication like dns, ad communication, etc
