DNS settings in Windows 2003

CPU/Ram: 500

I have Windows 2000 server running as domain controller in my network of 30 people.
I am removing that windows 2000 server machine and installed a new Windows 2003 server machine and my question is how can I import my DNS settings from old Windows 2000 Server
