Comment:

1)My DNS server was unable to open Active Directory. In DNS Event it gives "Error id 4000" and "Warning- id 4013"

2)When I try to join any computer in my domain with domain administrator it gives the following error:
"Login Failure: the target account name is incorrect"

3)My Active Directory & DNS is in the same server. I had problem with my DNS. so I tried to reinstall it, but I cannot connect my DNS with Active Directory or create partition and it shows "Active Directory domain (null)" in "Active Directory Zone Replication Scope"

Need any help or suggestions!
