DNS Issue

I have setup my DC as my DNS Server for windows 2003. My forward is setup with 2 ips provided by my ISP, it doesnt work, lol.

I ran the DC function for server roles, entered everything I needed and my provider assurs me the IP info is correct for DNS lookup, is there something I am missing or should check. If I try to ping outside IP (ex. www.yahoo.com) they all time out.

Install the Resource Kit on your DC and run the following two utilities:
dcdiag and netdiag.
They will let you know what's wrong with your DNS setup.
