Comment:

I have a Windows 2003 based DNS server (abc.net)and have an external host on IP x.x.x.x i want to make a forwarding for that IP so when ever a user try to translate x.x.x.x he should see xyz.com. Is there way to make a zone or some thing so when ever user tries 1.xyz.com he is translated to x.x.x.x IP

Love Gnome!

If I understanding you right, you are asking about NATing? not DNS

Since xyz.com is or should be registered on the internet at .x.x.x.x ip, your standard using of the forwarders tab to your isps dns server should be all that is required to resolve the name.

xyz.com can't be on in internal ip address.

I suspect you are trying to make this more complicated than it is.
