display drivers cannot be installed

hi!
i've installed the win server 2003 on my inspiron 640m recently but my computer cannot install any video drivers. right now my display is covering hardly half of the monitor which is causing a lot of problems. i have searched the drivers for the display a lot on the internet but couldn't find any. in the device manager, under the display adapters, on the standard VGA graphics adapter, it shows a yellow exclamation mark. if i click on the video controller, it gives me this following error: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)". can anyone please suggest me which drivers to use for this?

Did you bother going to Dell's Support site? Go to www.support.dell.com and enter the Service Tag number. You can then download and install the appropriate drivers for the video card.

yes i did but they cudnt help me either. i've tried lots of drivers but nothing worked out.
