First, you need to enter the RAID controller configuration tool. This is normally done during the boot sequence. Reboot the server and watch for a message saying something like, "Press Ctrl-S to enter RAID Setup" and press the appropriate key(s). Once in the config tool, setup your mirror (RAID level 1) and let it synchronize. Once that's done (and the sync can take a while, even with empty disks) then you'll want to install the OS on the mirror. Before you begin, make sure you have the RAID drivers on a floppy, you'll need them during the install in order for Windows to see the array.
