Why wouldn't you want users to be able to lock their PC's? It's a lot simpler and easier to lock (windows key + L) than it is to logoff and you definately don't want users leaving their PC's sitting logged in when they walk away from the console. That's just begging to be hacked.

doesnt make sense to disable the security as that is pretty much why you use an NT OS (the security). if you do this and the user leaves it unattended, you will have NO way to trace who does what to the nw and you'll leave it wide open to everyone including night cleaning crews...

go to start menu then run and type gpedit.msc. In the left hand pane select -User Configuration -Administrative Templates -System -Ctrl+Alt+Del Options then in the right hand pane it gives you the options to change. Good luck
