DHCP Not Working

My server has been turned of for about 2 weeks
been on holiday when i get back i turn it on and the dhcp server is not assigning ip addresses. If you have a solutions please reply.

I have set the start menu redirection up but it is loading C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu
as well, Is there anyway we can disable it so doesnt load All users start menu? Thanks,

First check the event log of your server.
This might give you an idea on where to start fixing your problem.
