DHCP image icons

I have 2 different icons in my DHCP manager window. A few ip's have am image that looks like a pencil or paintbrush. Can someone tell me what this means? Thanks

That means the device has as active lease, and the DNS dynamic update is pending. The reason for DNS pending could be due to the fact that the device has not been joined to a domain, or is not participating in Active Directory. This address is not available for lease by the DHCP server.
