'Debugger Users' group not working

I have a windows 2003 server running a domain and some computers under it. I have configured the users of this domain to be "Debugger Users", so that they can use Visual Studio in the workstations. However, when logging on the these workstations (in the refered domain), debugging is still not allowed (unless it is an administrator account). (Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging. Access is denied. Verify that you are an administrator or a member of the 'Debugger Users' group on the machine you are trying to debug...) Any suggestions?
