Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a search first :)
Is there a tool for creating multiple users (inc home dirs if poss) under 2003? For NT4 I've previously used a User manager wizard that imported CSV files, great when you work in education and have hundreds of users to create :)

I use addusers.exe to get the users in (from a previously created CSV file), then a batch file to create the directories and permissions (cacls.exe for permissions)
