creating mandatory profile

so i have create a roaming profile, but have decided to change to mandatory profile instead. so far, i have change the ntuser.dat to extension ntuser.man but i have a little problem. the problem is that how can i set the background so that everybody background is the same; cuz by default, everyone background is default to blue screen and i would like to change that. please help out! thanks in advance!

rename it to .dat, make your screen change then rename back to .man

sorry i took so long to respond but when i made the screen change, do i make it in the client side or the server side? i made the change on the client and rename it to ntuser.man on the server and change background on the client but it still show me the blue screen. i don't know how to make the change in the server side. or unless i did something wrong. thanks once again!
