I am trying to copy our backup files and paste them to an external hard drive. The reason is for off-site storage. However, when I try to copy the ".bkf" file to this drive I get the, "The parameter is incorrect" error. Anyone know why this is happening and a solution to the problem. Thanks in advance. :)

How big is the file? Is the external drive fat32? Can you copy anything to the external drive? Can you copy the bkf file to another location on the disk it resides on now?
