I find that on some particular servers, that after a reboot, services running under (e.g. domain "administrator) active directory account looses its right to 'run as a service'. Therefore, I have to go to the "Log On" tab of the service and input the password (again) which at that time I get a prompt that "the administrator account has received right to run as a service" then I can start the service.
Can anyone tell me why this happens? I have seen this happen for at least one other active directory account.
