CPU/Ram: Xeon Server

I have 2 locations on the same domain connected via a VPN one side is on 10.2.1.* and the other on 10.1.1.* I can browse the 10.2.1.* from the 10.1.1.* but not the other way around, any ideas please?

I'd recommend setting up a WINS server, and configure all clients to use it.
