Connecting Win98 client to 2003 dom

I have read some topics about this matter but none of them answers this scenirio, I hope some can have some solution or idea to solve this.
I have 25 computers with XP Pro and 2 systems with Win 98. When I look to the network with the XP computer I'am able to connect the Win 2003 Server but when I try to connect the Win 2003 Server with Win 98, I'am not able connect.
