If you were to create your DHCP scope using the same subnet as what is on your internet NIC, all would work properly.
ie: DHCP Scope = 192.168.1.99 to 192.168.1.199 with Default Gateway: 192.168.1.5 and Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
If you have DNS configured on your server your DNS IP should be that of your server (1.5) and the server's DNS itself should be forwarded to your ISP's DNS servers. If you don't have DNS configured on your server, the DNS entry should be your ISP's DNS address(es).
